References to "cintelliq", "we", "us" or "our" in these terms refer to cintelliq Limited. References to "you" or "customer" refer to the individual or organisation purchasing our services.

These terms and conditions govern all purchases made online via howmanypatents.com and cintelliq.com. By completing a purchase on either website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.
A contract between you and cintelliq comes into existence when your order is placed and payment is confirmed online.
These terms apply to the exclusion of any other terms that the customer seeks to impose or incorporate, whether implied by law, trade custom, practice, or course of dealing. No purchase order or standardised business form issued by the customer shall override, modify, or add to these terms, and all such customer terms are hereby rejected.
cintelliq reserves the right to refuse any order. In such cases, any amount paid will be refunded in full.
Where a promotional code has been provided, it may only be used for a single purchase unless otherwise stated.
Payment is required in advance of any subscription, newsletter, report, or other service being made available, or otherwise at the sole discretion of cintelliq.
Credit and debit card payments taken online are processed securely by our third-party payment provider. cintelliq does not store or have access to your payment card details. Please do not send card details by email — we cannot guarantee the security of email and will not be held responsible for any resulting fraud or identity theft.
Some card issuers may apply a cross-border or exchange fee if you are not based in the UK. This is outside our control and you should check with your card provider before purchasing.
Access to subscription services, newsletters, and reports is confirmed by email and is usually enabled within one business day of payment being received. Access is provided via a passwordless (magic link) system — we do not store passwords.
Subscription services, newsletters, and reports are provided for the sole use of the named purchaser. Where multiple licences have been purchased, access extends to the number of users specified at the point of purchase. If you require additional licences or wish to discuss organisational access, please contact sales@cintelliq.com.
Subscriptions are offered on the basis set out at the point of purchase (monthly or annual as applicable). Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions will automatically renew at the end of each subscription period at the then-current price.
You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at sales@cintelliq.com. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current subscription period and no further payments will be taken. Access will continue until the end of the paid period.
cintelliq reserves the right to suspend or terminate access where these terms are breached.
Due to the nature of the content provided, subscription services, newsletters, and reports are non-refundable once accessed. We make sufficient information available on our website to allow you to make an informed decision before purchasing. If you have any questions before buying, please contact us at sales@cintelliq.com.
Access to cintelliq content is granted as a personal, non-transferable licence. Designated users may not resell, distribute, disseminate, copy, or otherwise make available any content to persons inside or outside their organisation beyond the scope of the licence purchased.
You may briefly summarise cintelliq research in your own words for your project team or senior decision-makers within your organisation. cintelliq collects and processes personal data in connection with your use of our services. This is limited to the information necessary to fulfil your purchase and provide access to your subscription or content. We are registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) under UK GDPR.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and Wales. The parties irrevocably agree that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising under or in connection with these terms.
